Interior designers, architects, decorators, design studios, hotels, restaurants and property companies. Show us something that proves you work in the trade — your website, your studio Instagram or your tax number. We check it in 24 hours.
Why is there no extra cost?
You pay for the furniture and nothing else. No fee, no subscription, no minimum order. We buy with a margin and that margin sits in the purchase, not on your bill. The searching, quoting, ordering and delivery are included.
Can I buy on behalf of my client?
Yes — that is how the programme works. You buy at your professional price, the invoice goes to you or your company, and you decide what your client pays.
Which brands do you work with?
Makers from all over Europe, and we can reach more depending on what your project needs. We recommend what fits each piece best and help you choose.
What if it’s not in your catalogue?
Send us the photo, the drawing or the reference. We look across the makers we work with, including the ones that do not sell to the public. If it does not exist, we look at having it made to your size, material and colour.
Can I order samples?
Yes. Registered professionals can order free material and finish samples, so you can decide with your client in front of you.
When will it arrive?
If the piece is in stock, you see the exact day the moment you order. If it is made to order, you get a real window instead of a vague promise. Either way we call before the truck leaves to agree the day and the time with you.
Can you deliver straight to my client or to the site?
Yes. On every order you choose the delivery address: your studio, your client’s home or the site. And we deliver to your calendar, not ours.
I work from another EU country. Do I pay VAT?
If you have an intra-EU VAT number (VIES), you buy at 0% VAT under the reverse charge. Tell us when you register and your advisor sets it up on your account.
And if something arrives broken?
One call to your advisor — the same person, not a call centre — and we sort it out with the maker. Professional orders are made to your project, so the terms for changes, cancellations and returns are agreed in your quote, in writing, before you order.
