Regular vacuuming extends the life of the rug. Do not use brushes or bristles. Vacuum on low or moderate suction. High suction can damage the rug. If it is stained, press gently with a damp cloth. Do not rub or brush the rug. Do not use bleach or strong fabric detergents. Chemical products can damage it. Do not machine wash. Do not dry clean. Do not expose it to excessive damp. Some fibre loss is normal, especially in wool rugs or wool blends. Exposure to the sun can cause colour loss. For indoor use only. Use protectors under heavy furniture.
For better grip and stability, use a non-slip underlay. Always test any cleaning on a small area before cleaning the whole rug.
Do not pull loose threads; cut them with scissors. Store the rug by rolling it with the pile facing inwards and wrapping it in a cloth to protect it. Keep it away from sharp objects, hot surfaces and open fireplaces.

Open with a utility knife, carefully remove the protective wrapping and handle the product by the edges, working with the rug on a smooth, clean surface to avoid damage. Keep the packaging in case of a return.

Care and recommendations

Vacuum the rug regularly without a rotary brush and rotate it periodically to even out wear. Treat stains immediately with a damp cloth and neutral soap. For wool rugs, initial fiber shedding is normal and decreases with use.
