Yes, whenever the manufacturer allows it; it's indicated on each product page. Write to us and we'll arrange the customisation directly with the manufacturer.

All technical information —dimensions, materials, finishes and care— is shown on the product page, below the images. If you need a detail that isn't published, ask us and we'll check it with the manufacturer.

They are as faithful as possible, though not perfect: we combine real photographs and high-quality renders from each manufacturer, and colour or texture may vary slightly depending on your screen and the final finish. If a finish matters for your decision, ask us for real photos or samples and we'll request them from the manufacturer.

We only work with verified European manufacturers and review every catalogue before adding it. The materials and standards of each piece are on its product page and, if you're torn between two options, we'll tell you which one holds up better for your intended use.

Yes. We manage the entire shipment and, if the project requires it, also the assembly and installation on site. Everything is coordinated with you before shipping.

We mainly work in Europe, but for projects we arrange shipping almost anywhere in the world. Tell us the destination and we'll confirm logistics and lead times in the quote.

No. The 14-day withdrawal right applies only to private consumers. For professional orders, the terms for exchanges, returns and warranties are agreed in the quote before the order is confirmed.

We work on projects of every size: from a single statement piece to the complete furnishing of a hotel or office. Terms improve as volume grows.

It depends on the product: in-stock items ship within a few days, while made-to-order pieces can take a few weeks. The estimated lead time is shown on each product page and confirmed before payment.

The cost depends on the size of the product and the destination, and it's calculated at checkout before you pay. Many products include free shipping.

Don't worry: we always contact you before shipping the order to arrange the delivery date with you. If something comes up at the last minute, contact us and we'll reschedule it.

Yes. All products are covered by the legal guarantee applicable in the European Union and, in some cases, by additional manufacturer warranties indicated on the product page.

Yes. We issue a valid invoice with all applicable taxes, for both individuals and companies. Request it during or after your purchase by providing your tax details.
