Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

This policy supplements the General terms and conditions of sale of El Workshop OÜ (Tööstuse tn 75-71, 10416 Tallinn, Estonia; registry code 17204480; VAT EE102843945).

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period runs from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, receive the product. This right does not apply to purchases by businesses or professionals.

To exercise it, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement before the period expires, for example by email to info@el-workshop.com or by post to the address above. You may use the model form at the end, but it is not obligatory.

2. CONDITION OF THE PRODUCT AND RETURN COSTS

Return the product unused, free of stains, odours or signs of assembly, in its original packaging or in equivalent packaging that protects it. Reasonable handling, as you would do in a physical shop, is allowed. If the product loses value because of any other handling, we may deduct that loss from the refund.

The direct costs of returning the product are paid by you, unless we agree otherwise in writing, even if the original delivery was free. We will send you the collection or shipping instructions after we receive your request.

3. REFUND

We refund the amount paid, including the costs of the original standard delivery, within 14 calendar days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent it back, whichever is earlier. We use the same means of payment that you used, unless you agree to another, and at no cost to you.

4. EXCEPTIONS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products made to measure or to the customer's specifications (dimensions, upholstery, finishes or colours chosen by you), or clearly personalised products.
Products which, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once unsealed.

5. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If the product arrives damaged or does not conform to the contract, write to us at info@el-workshop.com with photos or a video. This does not affect your right of withdrawal or the legal guarantee of conformity that you have as a consumer.
