1. Can I place a large order for an interior design project or business?

Of course, if you have a special project or want to buy multiple products, write to us and we can offer you special conditions.

2. Can the furniture be customized (measurements, colors, finishes)?

Yes, if the product allows it. This will be specified on the product page. You can contact the seller via chat to request customizations.

3. Where can I find discounts?

Enter your email address in our newsletter at the bottom of the page to receive special promotions for you, or visit the SALES section of the Marketplace. You'll find current discounts there!

4. Can I speak directly to the seller before purchasing?

Yes! Each product has a live chat so you can ask questions, clarify concerns, or coordinate customizations.

5. Where can I see the exact measurements and materials of the product?

All relevant technical information is displayed on the product sheet, below the images. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask us in the live chat.

6. How can I contact customer service?

7. Are the product images real or renders?

The images are a representation of the product; sometimes they are photos and other times they are renders. They are illustrative and may not reflect reality exactly, but we have made our best effort to make them as accurate as possible!

8. How do I know the furniture is of quality?

We work only with verified designers and manufacturers. Each seller is responsible for meeting the quality standards detailed in the product listing.

Shipping and deliveries

1. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship throughout Europe. You can see the shipping cost directly in the checkout before completing your purchase. We also offer free shipping on select products .

2. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the product type and availability. You can see this on the product page (bottom right) or at checkout, before payment.

3. Do you ship to all of Europe?

Yes, we ship throughout Europe. You can see the shipping cost directly in the checkout before completing your purchase. We also offer free shipping on select products .

4. Can I choose the delivery date and time?

It's not guaranteed. You can contact customer service to arrange this.

5. What happens if I'm not home on delivery day?

The carrier will leave a notice or attempt a second delivery. If you can't make it on the scheduled date, contact us and we'll reschedule with you.

Assembly and services

1. Do the products require assembly?

Some do. This information will be detailed on the product page. If necessary, instructions in your language and basic tools will be included.

2. Do you offer assembly or installation service?

It's not included by default. You can check if it's available as an additional service by writing to us at contacto@el-workshop.com or via WhatsApp +34657217262.

Exchanges, returns and guarantees

1. What is the return period if I am not satisfied?

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, unless it is a product specially made for you.

2. How do I request an exchange or return?

You can manage it from your profile or by writing to the support team. We'll get in touch with you and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

3. What happens if the product arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us or the seller through the platform and we'll find the best solution for you.

Payments, billing and security

1. What payment methods do you accept?

The Marketplace accepts credit/debit cards and other payment methods that will be displayed at checkout.

2. Can I request a CIF invoice or pro forma invoice?

Yes. The seller is required to issue a valid invoice with all applicable taxes. You can request one during or after your purchase.
